Apply to your wrists
The first step is to apply the product to your wrists. We recommend applying one drop to each wrist. Then gently rub your wrists together until the product is absorbed. The remaining product can be applied to both sides of your neck.

Testing
Initially, we recommend using one drop for one week. After this period, you can increase the amount to two drops and repeat the process. Each subsequent week, you can gradually increase the amount by one drop.
