I prepare chicken almost every day, so being able to place raw, marinated food directly on this surface is very convenient. It does not easily hold odors or stains, and the knife moves smoothly across it.

I made a homemade heart-shaped pizza for a family dinner and the crust came out evenly golden and crisp. Heat distributed well and the pizza slid easily from the surface when it was time to cut.

I use this pan almost every day and I am impressed by how evenly it heats. Food releases well, cleanup only takes a moment, and the whole pan feels solid for everyday cooking.
